Whether you are married or in a de-facto relationship you may have the right to make a claim for property settlement depending on your circumstances. Our Lawyers can assist in advising you, and with any claim. Most claims are resolved without the necessity of a court hearing and our Lawyers' negotiating skills are there to help you.

For marriage relationships, the changes to the Family Law Act introduced on 28 December 2002, now allow for splitting Superannuation. This area of the law is complex and you should not attempt to resolve this matter yourself without first getting legal advice from us.
